sunshine & flowers.
I love backlit images... the haze... the sun flare... They just feel simple, carefree and happy. The other evening, my friend and her little girl ( well, maybe not so little anymore... time flies ) and I took a walk around Colfax. Here are a few of my favorites of miss Delanie.

So I tried something a little different this week and went "urban". Danny and I took a stroll around LeRoy and found some pretty cool spots. Maybe it's just me, but isn't he just the cutest thing?
Want some tips for capturing your own kids?
Don't make them smile...
They don't have to look at you...
Let them be silly...
then tell them to take the gum out of their mouth...
Let them be COOL.... and shoot you...
and let them have fun...
and yes...he picked his own outfit.

My 3 boys....how sweet to let me take their pictures at Dawson Lake.
But, we couldn't leave without a little fishing...with homemade fishing poles.
